The word describes the industry we are in; a Service Industry. Sometimes you may feel as though companies have forgotten what providing good service is about. In Recruitment we really have two sets of Clients ; the contract worker, or staff employee, and the Client Company issuing the work vacancies.
We have to walk a ‘tightrope' every day to simultaneously satisfy both parties. We are very adept at ‘tightrope walking'. We simply serve.
